Naming the behaviour Moody and Unpredictable

Marli’s training and workshop is “famous” for its five “pesky” personalities used to reflect common dysfunctional and disruptive behaviours.

This video briefly describes one of the five – Moody Martha – and describes how those who behave unpredictably and with erratic moods cause their teams to “walk on eggshells”.

Marli commonly hears “That’s how we do things around here ‘cause that’s how they’ve always been done”. Unfortunately, this way of thinking has gotten many individuals – and organizations – into hot water when it comes to respectful workplace behaviour.
Leaders and staff are expected to be aware of – and comply with - expectations that align with current standards for acceptable behaviour and communication, regardless of entrenched, historical or habitual practices.  In this video, Marli explains why – and how – this should be done.
