Workplace Conflict Workshops & The MIRROR Method

Workplace conflict often is triggered by decisions concerning an employee or group of employees that are made, communicated or implemented in a hasty and/or disrespectful manner.

A significant proportion of workplace conflict may be avoided if managers, supervisors and shop stewards are given practical training on how to make, communicate and implement respectful and evidence-based decisions.

To assist workplaces in “doing what needs to be done” – in a respectful and lawful manner - Marli Rusen has created The MIRROR Method - a number of half-day, in-house workshops. These six courses provide managers, supervisors and union representatives with the necessary and practical skills to address the most common and complex workplace issues.

Marli and her team also facilitate grievance meetings, joint labour-management safety/labour relations meetings, and all-party "return to work" meetings to address pressing issues at a particular workplace that demand immediate and practical solutions.

Marli is also availabale for one-on-one leadership coaching, support for all leaders as well as the teams with whom they work.
